For Builder/Remodeler membership, we require the completion of the application in its entirety, a copy of your Alabama Home Builders License, a copy of your General Liability Insurance Policy, a local business license and the initial membership fees. The initial membership fee amount for your first three month (quarterly) period is $380.00, which includes $210.00 application fee plus the three month membership fee of $170.00.
For Associate membership, we simply require the completion of the application in its entirety, a copy of a local business license and the initial membership fees. The initial membership fee amount for your first three month (quarterly) period is $330.00, which includes $210.00 application fee plus the three month membership fee of $120.00.
